Insurance/Billing Policy

We accept most PPO and POS insurance plans. Please check with your insurance carrier prior to your visit, to confirm that Pediatric Care Physicians is a contracted provider. We are not contracted with any HMO plans. Please have your insurance card with you at the time of your visit. You are responsible for your co-pay at the time of your visit. If we are not a contracted provider for your insurance plan or if you are not insured, you may be responsible for the entire charge at the time of service.
